Don’t you just love to dip your bagel, donuts, pretzels or toasts on Cinnamon Sugar? It is readily available and you can always buy them at the grocery store but you can always just make them at home to suit your taste. Here is an easy recipe to make Cinnamon Sugar!
With two basic ingredients; Ground Cinnamon and Sugar you can adjust it to your liking and to how much you are going to need it. Make this recipe as a guide and you can always double the recipe or just prepare it in half. For me no one can get wrong with Cinnamon Sugar ratio, it all depends on how sweet or how much cinnamon taste you want it to be!
Cinnamon sugar has many uses; it is just what you need as final touch to almost every dessert you make. Use it as dusting to a pie or sprinkle your favorite fritters, coffee cake, muffins, cobblers etcetera. Yum!
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon
- In a bowl, whisk the sugar and cinnamon with a fork or a small whisk till fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle on your favorite bagel, donut or pretzel. Enjoy.
