Longanisa Fried Rice

  • 3 pcs longanisa sliced
  • 5 cups steamed white rice(preferably day old)
  • 2 eggs scrambled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  1. In a pan over medium heat, put vegetable oil.
  2. Saute the garlic till it is golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced longanisa.
  4. Add the rice, and cooked it for 5-10 minutes or till breaks apart.
  5. Add the scrambled egg and mix it well with the rice.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Remove from pan, and serve while it is still warm
