Corned Beef with Garlic Rice and Fried Egg(CornSiLog)

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • Garlic Fried Rice:
  • 2 cups day old rice
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  1. Put oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic till golden brown and add the onion.
  3. Then, add the corned beef and stir fry till it's cook(about 5-8 minutes).
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Garlic Fried Rice: 1. Put oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Fry the garlic till its golden brown. 3. Add the rice, mix and stir frequently for about 5-8 minutes. 4. add salt to taste.
  6. Transfer the garlic fried rice to a plate, with the corned beef and fried egg.
  7. Serve while still warm. Enjoy!
You can also use stir fried red onion rings and use it as toppings for the corned beef.
If you don't want garlic fried rice, steamed white rice will do too!
I prefer using chunky corned beef, those that you actually see the beef strands not mushy.
You can also serve it with sliced fresh tomatoes just like in the photo.
