White Chocolate Popcorn with Sixlets

  • 2 bags of microwavable light butter popcorn
  • 11.5 ounces white chocolate chips (1 bag )
  • 5 ounces marshmallows (1/2 bag)
  • 1 cup colored sixlets chocolate
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tbsp. butter
Instructions
  1. Cook the popcorn per package instructions. Set aside on a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the butter, corn syrup and white chocolate chips on a light medium heat. Stir it often to avoid burning the white chocolate chips!
  3. Add the marshmallows and keep stirring until they melted and well blended with the mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the white chocolate mixture on the popcorn. Mix altogether.
  5. Let it cool a little bit, then add the sixlets chocolate and mix it with the popcorn carefully so as to avoid breaking them. If you add it too soon, it will melt with the white chocolate mixture.
  6. You can add more sixlets on top of the popcorn.
