- 1 cucumber, washed, peeled and sliced thinly
- ¼ cup cane vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- salt & pepper(optional)
- In a bowl, stir in the sugar with the vinegar till it is fully dissolved.
- Add the sliced cucumber.
- Chill till ready to serve.
