Pork Green Curry

Serves: 3-4
  • 1 lb pork riblets or spare ribs cut
  • 1 can Green Curry Soup
  • Thai Basil leaves(stems removed)
  1. On a pot over medium heat, pour a can of green curry soup. Stir until it's boiling.
  2. Add the meat and bring it to a boil over high heat. Then, lower the heat cover it with a lid and let it simmer till the meat is tender around 20-30 minutes depending on the cut of meat.
  3. At the end of cooking, add the Thai basil leaves and stir with the soup.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, serve hot with steamed rice.
This recipe is ready within 30-45 minutes depending on the type of meat used.
Want it creamier, just add coconut milk.
Want it spicier, add long green pepper or just add more green curry soup.
Less spicy, add some water to the soup.
You can also garnish it with more Thai Basil leaves just before serving.
