  • 2 cups Silken tofu
  • 4 tbsp. Sago or Tapioca Pearl cooked
  • Brown Sugar Syrup
  1. Warm the silken tofu and tapioca pearl in a microwaveable bowl 45 seconds to one minute.
  2. Remove excess water.
  3. Add 2 tbsp sugar syrup, adjust to your taste.
  4. Warm it again for another 30-45 seconds.
  5. Serve while still warm.
To make the sugar syrup: heat 1 cup water in a saucepan till it’s boiling then add 1 cup sugar. Mix and simmer for 1 to minutes.
You can use extra soft tofu if you can't find silken tofu.
